I also have been experiencing multiple calls from this company. Just today, they phoned 7 times within 45 minutes. Of course, I usually just don't answer, but NOW they're blocking their number. When I DID answer, the phone just clicked off, so I phoned back (caller ID) and they claimed that they didn't call me!!!
I asked to speak to a supervisor, and they refused to allow this, so I informed the party on the other end that I would not even consider making any payment (SPRINT, another rip-off) as long as Interstate was involved in the collection...
At that, the rep began screaming at me & telling me that I was an " Ignorant person "... To which I replied, " I may be, but I'M not working for a RIPOFF Company, making minimum wage!"... He hung up on me.
(I suppose they think that will get me to pay sooner?)
I'll repeat... I will not pay a dime as long as allied interstate is involved in collections. I hope they read this. I am keeping track of every time they call, and I am turning the information over to the Attorney General.
