WorldCom Wireless has broken promises to their customers. You would always have charges on your bill for things that are not there. I used to work for this company and after 4 months, realized that they were not doing what they needed to do to help the customers out—such as billing issues, roaming charges, credits that they should have gotten.
I regret ever signing up my friends and family for a cellular phone with WorldCom Wireless. NOt only did they mistreat my customers, they mistreated me by giving me broken promises of higher pay and bonuses. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I used to have MCI long distance since they are the same company, I will not give my business to either companies.
