George S May International Abuses Employees, Costs YOU money to work for them Park Ridge Illinois

As a former Special Representative, I thought I should say too, that they would cancel surveys when they felt that the company who purchased one would not spend the additional money to go to management services.

I have been escorted out of a couple of businesses by security when they found out who I was with, and have met with so many owners who would love to get them out of this state for bad business practices.

I was also injured on the job, and could not work. (Supposedly, they have short term disabilty that employees are covered by, in case of this, NOT TRUE!) I talked to my DM, my ADM and DIVSMAN only to be told that I needed a release from a doctor before I could return to work. My doctor would not give one until he was sure it was safe for me to drive. (I was suffering from petite mal seizures) The next thing I know, I receive a letter of termination.

Now, because I am trying to collect unemployement, they say I quit, to a LOA for more than one day (DUH!) and unemployment is taking forever and I will probably be denied. It took me three months, loss of my car, my home and dignity to unfortunately realize what a con this company really is. If you are thinking of working for them... DON'T!

I too had "telemarketing" appointments set for me. Telemarketing is suppose to make sure the business is within guidelines (at least 10 employees and $500,000.00 min annual gross) The owners that actually showed (2 out of 43) had less than 5 employees and grossed 100,000 to 250,000 annually) the rest were no shows, or said that they told them no, and reiterated they were not interested when the telemarketers supervisor called back to confirm.

It costs YOU money to work for George S. May International!
