This company will try everything in its power to keep you under contract. You are suppose to have a 30 day trial period before you are charged an early termination fee of 40.00. The Vonage representative made up everything in the book to keep my 160.00 because I have 4 lines with them.
You have to keep the originally packaging and ship it back with the equipment was one excuses. Who keeps boxes that are ripped or torn open. 30 day trial period or 250 minutes was another excuse. Their customer service suck and their connection is bad. I could go on but I am so pi*ed right now.
Conviently none of these issues were disclosed on our original recorded conversation. They talked about everything else but that. Vonage voip is a scam. I will do whatever it takes to get the FCC involved.
