Vonage VOIP was applied for 12/30/05 for two telephone lines. We followed all required procedures.
One line is dead. Only outgoing calls can be made on the other. Our business now has no effective telephone service.
Vonage has billed us for equipment and service.
Vonage is not correcting its service problems.
Our business is thus gravely compromised.
Pleas for help avail us nothing.
