BDN Air Tickets aka ITS Sold me $6300 tickets and when I arrived at the SFO airport I was told that my tickets were not valid in fact the reservations were ghost reservations. I called them they did not answer. Wheb they pick up they would put me on hold till I get tired.
I flew to Las Vegas the next day to find out that their company uses a PO box as an address. The company that operats the PO bOX had their personal number but would not ive to me. Tired I returned and to purchase new tickets because I had to go to Africa for my mother's illness.
This company is still operating business under different name. They need to be put out of busness or arrested. Some of their numbers still work but the number on my travel itineraries do not work anymore.
If there is anyway you can help me please do. I would really appreciate it very much. I need to go back to Africa because my mother is in the hospital.
