Never received part of my order, received assurance it would be reshipped but never was Ripoff

I wish I had looked this company up on this site (usacomplaints.com about them also appear on other sites) before ordering from them.

They simply have never shipped part of my order (which has been paid for). They have replied to my emails telling me (first) it was backordered, (second) it had been shipped, (third) it must have been lost in the mail, they were reshipping immediately (that very day). That last email was received by me on 9/21/06. Today is 10/16/06 and my order has not yet been received. Go figure.

I have put a shortcut to this website on my desktop and will, in the future, look up companies I am not familiar with. Thank you.
