It is pretty plain and simple. I bought some products off of their website and never received anything. I did receive a confirmation e-mail saying that my order was received and would be shipped. I should have received my order in 5 days, but I never received a thing. I kept checking the status of my order and it always said order was received and that it hadn't been shipped. I e-mailed then, but they never replied back. I finally called my credit card company to get the charge reversed, which I recommend if this has happend to you. I am very upset and hope that this company gets caught.
