Unethical, stole possessions and refused to refund, sexist, tricked and lied to us

Over the phone and over e-mail confirmation the company quoted a price and stated "door to door" service was included. They called at 8:00pm central time on Wednseday asking if they could come the next day instead of Friday and they would finish the packing at no extra charge.

They arrived and wanted money for packing material, stairs, and extra cubic feet all issues that were discussed prior to them coming. Then on discussing the issues with the dispcatch manager, Sam, he hung up the phone on me after stating that he was going to turn around the moving truck.

On arrival, they again called me at 8:00 pm the night before they wanted to come and we again discussed how much money they would recieve the next day, no more and no less. They arrived the next morning 2 hours late.

Asked for $150 in cash, and because I didn't have it, they said that I should go with them in their truck to an ATM to get the money (I'm 25 years old, 5'5 and weigh 108). I talked them down to $80. Then they asked me to watch the truck for them so nothing gets stolen instead of me bieng upstairs supervising. I told the security guy to keep a watch out and then went upstairs to supervise.

My neighbor then arrived and stayed with me as they brought in the boxes. When they were done I asked if they wanted a tip and refused to pay the $80 dollars that was not part of the contract and discussed amount. The driver than got angry, took the inventory sheet without letting me inspect the boxes and sign it, and stated that now I wont be insured for any damages. He then stormed out.

The next day I realized that 2 boxes were missing. I went back to the inventory sheet and tracked down their numbers. Called the company who told me to fed ex them a letter. I fed-ex a letter overnight detailing how my college diplomas and over $4000 worth of shoes are missing from those boxes. I called the company to make sure they recieved the letter. They told me to call back the next week on Friday and speak with Melissa.

I attempted to get Melissa on the phone as instructed, she answered, misrepresented her self, and transfetted me to a man named Shia. I asked to speek with Melissa, and he stated that I was just on the phone with her. He then tried to transfer me over, but instead he got back on the phone and told me to call back on Monday.

I then demanded to speak to someone in the claims department today and he said that there was no point to look for my boxes because they were probably with my family and that they are not lost. I then told him that the boxes never arrived and he basically didn't care. I asked about being reimbursed for the contents and the for the charge for delivering the boxes and he told me that I would get nothing. Maybe $40 dollars.

This company is the most unethical company I've ever dealt with. They were clearly sexist and clearly stole my possessions or intentionally lost them. Regardless they are responsible both by contract and fiscally for those missing possessions.
