Ripoff, cashed check sent no product, will not respond to email

Sent check for purchase of two (2) "ClearVue" mini dish TV antennas that were advertised in the Los Angels Times news paper. J.D. Marvel cashed my check dated 4/16 and did not provide the antennas ordered/purchased. No answer to their Customer Service phone (514-426-8715). No answer to the email message (jdmarvelproducts.com) sent to inquire about status of order.
