I had cancelled my account with worldcom by mail stateing the closing of my account. I till this day have been billed for this account, and have contacted them numerous times in reference to this.
I had cancelled my account because in the begining of January i had no cell phone service and could not reach these people. I have spoken to several people in reference to the problem and still keep getting billed with a total getting larger and larger. I have been told that it was to be disconnected in March, but still billed but i asked how com not as of January.
My bill now is $ 148.89 for what i do not know and neither do they. I have bank statements and check numbers for the up to date payments until January. I do not know what they want or when they will finally close this account that has not been open according to me since January.
