My original cell phone account was opened in August and cancelled upon completion in early September. Total payments were made by early January. I'm still receiving bills for payments through 2/9/02. Several visits to local office in Manhattan have not remedied the situation. Calls to the 800 254-8991 number never get through. Why they put the number on the bills I don't know, it's a disgrace. What in hell is the matter with these people. The Worldcom Wireless service I would never offer to anyone. This company should have been put out of business a long time ago.
