Well, well, how did they do it? Hollister customer service can't help me. I happened to check my bank debit card balance and saw i was charged twice for my online purchase with
hollisterco.com. So i, of course, called the company. They told me it should just drop off - they charged me for an authorization charge, and that is supposed to drop off when the item is shipped. Hello! This is new to me. Anyway, the "duplicate authorization" charge did not drop off. Upon calling my bank, i was told by my bank that hollister made a mistake in processing my order. Of course the rep i spoke with (bobbi) would not take responsibility for the error. Upon my dissatisfaction and asking to be transferred to her supervisor, she stated she did not have one and hung up on me. Okay, now pay attention hollisterco.com - customer service should exist for your company... Ok, get it? Customer service works with the customer - they do not hang up on them.
They apologize when they make a mistake. They go out of their way to make it up to the customer. Guess what? I will never buy another thing from your co. (that does include abercrombie & fitch - your parent company) as their service sucks as well - but that's a whole other story! And you know what? I've been on hold with them while writing this complaint - they keep telling me there is a problem with their phones. Yeah! Ok! Next they'll be telling me they have no phones! I'm going on 16 minutes here for someone to try to help me. Hello??? Hollister??? Anybody there with a brain??? A little gray matter??? Something???
