I discontinued my home phone service. My last billing date was 9/10/06, and I had a credit of $51.46. They told me a check was in the mail and I should receive it in 5 working days. Today is 10/9/06. I called today, and they said they had to investigate it and would get back to me within 30 days. Something's not right!
