Ripoff did authorize this to be billed to my account

This was being billed to my account since 2/05. My daughter used "Snapfish" and this compnay decide to bill me for their services which I never authorized nor did I EVER use. I was never notified of this service either by mail, phone or email.

When I called to cancel the supervisor was rude and hung up on me
