RIPOFF - they say they will refund yet it has been 3 weeks and they have NOT refunded me $179.90. They take a FULL 30 days to give a refund

BEWARE - RIPOFF - Janso Beckett says they will refund yet it has been 3 weeks and they have NOT refunded me $179.90. I called and they said they take a FULL 30 days to give a refund which means I pay the interest on my credit card!!!
