For 4 months I have been dealing with UKI communications. First off I never picked them as my long distance company... They were assigned to me.
Every month they will bill me for calls that were never ever made. This is usuallyb a total of 150 minutes altogether every month.
You call and complain and they can barely speak english and will argue with you. Finally they say they will giove you a credit for the calls you claim are not yours.
But they do not ever give you a credit... At least they haven't given me one yet and it has been 3 months!!!
I have filed a formal complaint with the FCC and I urge all others out there to do so also.
