When you buy a membership to PeopleFinders, this is supposed to give you access to marriage and divorce records. That's what they advertise on their website.
In fact, PeopleFinders only gives you a very small range of states and years to choose from. So unless you're specifically looking for, say, somebody who was married in Arkansas between 1972 and 1986, then you're out of luck. If you think that "marriage and divorce records" means all records, or most records, or even many records, then you will have spent your money for nothing.
But PeopleFinders craftily chooses not tell you that until after you've signed up and they've gotten your money.
If you are considering paying for this service, don't. It's a waste of money and only gives you very basic information. PeopleFinders is dishonest about what information is accessible to search.
They do not give refunds. And they do not respond to e-mails. And you will keep getting e-mails asking you to renew your membership, even after you tell them why you are not renewing.
