On 1-24 I purchased a back ground report on a person from Peoplefinders.com, MPIS Inc. The charge was $39.99.

I was ripped off! It is now 2-14. The only thing I have received is an email from peoplefinders.Us say be we will send the information you requested when we have finished our investigation. Thus no report sent to me..
