I ordered 2 rings on the 4th of august. When they completed the finished product, they were supposed to send a picture to be approved. On the 10th of Aug, they took $510.2 weeks later i sent an email asking why i haven't received the rings or a picture or any update.
They gave a suspicious email about family problems, but it also stated "We will be ready to ship your order via FedEx or APO USPS Express mail as early as the 24th, but no later than the 29th." 2 days later in a BCC, they emailed their customers saying that their site was down and they would let us know when it was back up. They didn't do that, instead their server was wiped away?
On the 11th of Sept, they stated they would have their server up shortly. I've tried to be understanding. I just don't see how that would effect their ability to ship me my rings or do as i asked in a few different emails and give me a refund.
