The company advertises in the Yellow Page with a local phone number for Stafford, Virginia, but they are located in Richmond, Virginia.
- the crew were 1 hour and 15 minutes late because they were from out of town.
- did not send out enough manpower, and did not send out a big enough truck, thus I had to move things could not fit in truck.
- took longer time because of not enough manpower, and extended time spent on how to pack as much as possible in the little truck, resulting more cost since they charge by the hour.
- they did not or refuse to come out to check out my household goods beforehand because they are NOT local.
- advertises military discount in the Yellow Page, but refuse to honor the discount at the end.
- I asked them to hold my shipment for 3 days since my new house was not ready yet, and I agreed to pay $300 for 3 days of holding, but they told me that they do not make delivery in the afternoon even I was ready to accept my shipment on the 4th day. They unfairly imposed another day of holding charge on me because they could not deliver.
- This company's Bill of Lading contains lots of fine prints purposely to protect them from being sued.
- Be careful, this company is not military-friendly, and not locally near any military installations in Virginia.
- I have filed a unfair business practice to the BBB at Richmond against this company.
