David T. Hurst a lawyer for San Luis Obispo, represents drunk drivers and Hit & Run drivers.
This guy is a real rip off lawyer, he drives a new silver 911 Porsche turbo from his scam business profitting off hit & run drunk drivers than should be in prison from running from the police and damaging people's personal property.
David T. Hurst doesn't care unless he is paid, that's all that matters. His fees are expensive and he has inside District Attorney connections to get drunk drivers off, especially hit & runs. He shows up late in the court house and never smiles.
The guy was a former District Attorney for San Luis Obispo which he has developed a lot of debatments on his pro-helmet law debates for defending the California motorcycle helmet law on constitutional challanges as he did not care about how vague California's motorcycle helmet law was, he just would not listen to the evidence or tried to work with motorcyclists on a constitutional amend with the courts to settle a reasonable matter between motorcyclists and the helmet law.
If David T. Hurst had some heart in him, he would not represent Hit & Run Drunk drivers as most of these cases, people get killed from hit & runs.
If David T. Hurst response to this and makes some apologies, I would erase this report on him. To me, this guy screwed me over not only on helmet law citations but represented a hit & run drunk driver where his clients insurance company MetLife did not want to pay me a fair settlement. David T. Hurst probably made more money than his drunk client totaling my Dodge pickup truck from what I got from MetLife insurance.
This was totally unfairand and David T. Hirst showed no remorse for his client Lucas Flagler from Cal Poly University wrong doing.
