Farmers insurance group: i.E. 21st century

I have insurance with 21st century which i found out that they are owned by farmer insurance group. My daughter was in an accident in a friends vechile and was t-boned by a drunk and driver in another car. We are suing the drunk drivers insurance but farmers sent me a letter adding my daughter who doesn't have a drivers license or learners permit JUST an ID. They increased my insurance by $800 a year and she doesn't even live with me.
