I contacted ConsumerCredit Services of America hoping to be able to obtain the papers needed to file bankruptcy myself. I am a divorced mother of three who receives no child support and I do work 40-45 hours a week at $10 an hour with no benefits, and I do not receive any welfare.
The company e-mailed me thanking me for my interest, gave me the name and phone number of a case coordinator by the name of Greg S. Bohl, a contact number 1-800-937-4130 and e-mail contact of [email protected]. I did save all my e-mail contacts with this person.
In December I spoke to Mr. Bohl over the phone, my cell, I was at work and do have the record of this also. I gave him all necessary information to start the petition process, and gave him the information needed to pay for the service.in which it was debited from my checking account and I also have proof of this transaction. It was $195.
Since that conversation, and the debit from my account, I have not spoke to Mr. Bohl again. I e-mailed several times with no response. Finally someone from the company e-mailed me back saying Mr. Bohl was out on medical leave, they would go over my case, get the papers completed and I would have the package in the mail by Monday. Ha-I haven't received a thing. I have reported them to the BBB but got no response, I have asked for a refund several times but no one will return any phone calls or e-mails.
I have since filed, have no need for their services and only want my $195. Back.
If anyone can help please let me know! Thank You
