In july i call bellsouth to transfer my dsl service at home to my new open business, at this time they told that i can't do that. And i need to cancel my residential services and open my business service account.
I did it and surprise they was charging me the dsl service at home for almost a year, i call 3 months ago to bell south and they told me that they are going to open and investigation and let me know.
Surprise they suspend my phone service and send me to a collection agent.
