Five Star Moving & Storage was hired to move out furniture from Chicago to New York, NY. They promised to deliver the furniture on Saturday at the latest. However, they did not show up unitl Monday. They were not honest about anything and made it very difficult to get in touch with them. The owner of the company did not care that we had an empty apartment with no bed to sleep on for 3 days and refused to reimburse us for hotel costs. DO NOT USE THEM!
