Ripoff Sold a Male German Shepherd Puppy that has Hip Dysplasia

I bought a German Shepherd puppy, that I thought was from a reputable breeder with excellent information. My dog "Rustie", now 2 years old has HIP DYSPLASIA. He is unable to pass the certification of thOFA.

I first contacted Cindy, Von Fenwald Kennels, when my male puppy was only 7 months old. I sent her a preliminary x-ray of Rustie's hips. She said, " Oh, it was a terrible x-ray, if the dog has bad hips at 2 years of age, I WILL replace him." At 7 months the right hip already looked abnormal. Cindy, returned the original x-ray after I had contacted my lawyer to speak with her about seeing her in court. The x-ray was returned, but Cindy proceeded to purposely folded the x-ray in half to damage the x-ray and make it unreadable.

I now have a dog I spent $3,000.00 on that is worthless!!!

When we called Cindy, she gave us an excuse and used vulgar language. My dog's sire is still on her web site, Jecko Vom St.-Michaels-Berg.

DO NOT BUY ANY DOG FROM VON FENWALD KENNELS, A TOTAL RIP-OFF, Cindy DOES NOT stand behind the dogs they breed.
