I purchased items from home depot, sent in ALL the required documents needed for the rebate to be processed.
When I called the number listed on the rebate, they inform me my information was never received, advised to return to store to have them reprint a receipt and resend.
When I call the store and speak with someone, they advise to come into store, when I arrive they have no idea of what I'm speaking of... After an hour a salesperson overheard my conversation and stated he did remember that rebate and located a copy. The customer service rep at the counter, called the rebate center and stated she will send all info. Needed on my behalf.
I still have not received my rebate!!!
