I ordered with Signs With An Attitude on May 23. At that time, I paid for priority shipping and expected to receive the signs in a week (trespassing dogs were pooping on my yard). On June 6, I was informed my item would not be shiped until June 9. Although that is only 14 days, the fact remains that I was charged $10.00 for priority shipping.
When I called the owner, he stated that he was a Katrina survivor and I was obligated to feel sorry for him. I told him that he should have shipped the signs via Fed Express since I had paid priority shipping and he waited 14 days to ship the signs. After a few choice words, he told me to REJECT the signs and never purchase from him again. I agreed and did as he stated.
When I called in JULY asking where was my refund, he stated he never received the signs back and wasn't going to give me a refund. I contacted my credit card company and, as a result, the company agreed to give me 1/2 refund or $25.00.
I definitely recommend against ordering from this company. You will pay for expedited service and receive slow service. Then, when you call, the owner will have nothing but excuses for you.
