Promis ed my shipment, paid expedited shipping costs, never received the signs!

I ordered signs for a non for profit which I paid expedited shipping costs. No one answers the phone, the calls get dropped. I cannot get a tracking number from their Shipping Department or anyone who answers the phone. This is frustrating and I needed the signs weeks ago!!
