Ripoff fraudulent ripoff business to build a ultralight airplane, Riverview Florida

Company offers plans to build a ultralight airplane.

I ordered the plans in January by postal money order. My money order was cashed in February. This is the last of May and I have not received any plans of yet.

I have e-mailed the company on four different occasions asking why the delay with no response.

The last e-mail I informed them if I didn't receive my plans or my money back by May 25 that I would send this information to the rip-off site. Still no response. Wendell
