On 28 November I mailed Postal Money Order payment by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested. Did not receive the signed Return Receipt. Did not receive the XBOX360 Premium. Did not receive any responses to my many, many attempts to contact her
The Postal Money Order was cashed by Brenda Edwards on 9 December.
IOffer.com provided no assistance to me in trying to secure a refund.
