I ordered a phone. It came unactivated (it was supposed to be activated) I called customer service several times and emailed them and could not get through to anyone.
When I finally called to cancel, they told me it had been past the time period and I would have to pay cancellation fee. They then cancelled my phone service but told me I would have to write to dispute the cancellation fee.
I am still receiving bills as if I never canceled.
