Slow prossessing, Throwing out mail, Non delivery, Misdirected mail Jacksonville

I receive about 4 to 5 DVD's in the mail a week and send them back to San Deigo and/or Duluth Georgia. Some never get there. There are 8 missing since last August. Who's got them.

The second problem is they send me DVD's and I receive one that was mailed on Monday for example on Wednesday and the four that were mailed the week before have not arrived. When they do arrive from the same location its two days later.

Is somebody at the Post Office watching them First???
