I called this company and told them I wanted the bblegum machines returned that my husband had made a mistake and he had misunderstood the whole thing. They told me that we could not get a refund. They charged us $10,000.00 for these machines I think 30 of them their sales rep. Told my husband that he could make $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 dollars a year with these.
They gave him some number to call for reference and these people I suppose worked for them told him about the same thing. Make money up in the thousands. The big thing is that this is way over charged. I told them you can get these machines on e-bay much, much, much cheeper they told me that they are not like ours but they are the very same thing. All I want is to return these. You see my husbands plant is closeing and I think they took advantage of this they should make sure that a person understands everything before they take their money. When it involves thousands of dollars everyone need to make sure everybody understands.
All they would tell me is everything is in the book. And no everything is not in this book. It dosen't tell you that they will not try to reason with you. If you want to go in the vending maching business do not use this company they way overcharge you and will not listen to what you have to say. And they are no refund. $10,000.00 is alot to loose. And they will not even talk to you about it.
