My quest to invest and start a business began back in April. I contacted Creative Concepts to get more inoformation on this business oppertunity. Charles Milham was the person i spoke with when i called.
He told me how this was a great opportunity and that i would have exclusive territorial rights to operate my new business. He explained the partnership that Creative Concepts had with Red Bull and told me to call Red bull in santa monica to confirm that what he was telling me was true. I did just that, Redbull in Santa Monica Ca, confirmed his claim.
I was convinced that this was real, but i was'nt about to just wire over 22,000 dollars just like that, i wanted to hear and see more so i told Charles Milham that i would make a trip to Florida. He said that would be fine and they would even reimburse me for the trip if i decide to buy machines.
Me and my wife made the arrangements to fly down to Florida to make our final decision once we were satisfied with what Creative Concepts and Red Bull was offering.
When we arrived in Florida we call Charles Milham to set up a time to meet and see the company and how everything works. On April 4 we were sitting in the office of Charlie Milham's at Creative Concepts and he took us throught the company and introduced us to everybody. He went over everything with us the further convince us.
We decided at that point that we were going to do the business, so we gave Charlie Milham our hard earned check for over 22,075 dollars for the vending machines and territorial privileges, warrantees for the vending machines, Red bull products, and promises of locations for the machines etc.
We recieved our welcome packet, telephone numbers to the assigned locators, and was told that our machines would be delivered no later than 45
days from that date.
Well 45 days had come and gone and no machines.By this time we were very upset. We immediately called Creative Concepts and tried to reach Charlie Milham but could never reach him. We asked them where were our machines and told them that we want our money back! They told us that the machines had went out and we should get them any day now.
After about two weeks we were contacted by Roadway Carriers telling us that we need to schedule a delivery. I was releaved to get that call but when the machines arrived, they were so busted and broken that they were useless. I immediately called creative concepts with the driver standing in driveway and told them how bad of shape the machines were in and they told me that it was nothing that they could do and advised me that i shoud take them because if i did'nt i would end up with nothing.
Something was very wrong with all of this. My gut feeling was telling me what my mind did'nt want to believe. The Company was going under and Red Bull pulled the plug on the whole operation and left all of us hanging Ripping off thousands and thousands of dollars from hard working people.
After my intial cost for the machines, my trip down to Creative Concepts, product, and now storage, im out of over 25,000 dollars that Red Bull owes me. I will get my money back!
