The WORST customer service and travel web site to use! I urge all customers to file a FORMAL COMPLAINT to ConsumerAffairs.com about this company/organization. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP! I filed my complaint and received a notice that it will be published for all agencies to review, law enforcement, media, etc., and will be kept on record for any future complaints.
I've booked many vacation trips using other travel web sites and I never experienced the worst service in my life. CheapOair reps do not speak clearly or good English and extremely rude! I received a message my flights have been changed and to call back to discuss times and/or possible refunds-WRONG! Needless to say, I talked to two different reps and still didn't get help.
