I found this website by accident and boy am I glad I did. I have had so many problems with ABC Distributing. Not only with the back-ordered merchandise but with the shipping also.
I just sent them an email about their shipping policy (not that it will do any good). I also have the problem with them shipping one little thing at a time in a 20 item order. Not only that but the shipping ends up being more than the item.
I got two postcards in the mail saying that an item was back ordered and to check the box if I wanted to cancel. I still wanted the item so I didn't cancel. Then I got a strange recorded phone call asking me if I wanted to cancel and again I declined. After months of waiting I contacted the company (after about 40 minutes long distance) I was told they no longer carry that item and they don't know why I was called.
I give up on ABC and told them to take me off their list. I have found a new company that is like ABC Distributing. The great thing about this new company is you know what the shipping is before you place an order.
You don't pay over $18.95 in shipping (uless it is an oversized item). It doesn't matter how many boxes it takes to ship your items. They have most of the stuff that ABC does. The company is called (competitor's name and link deleted - see below). I have ordered from they several times with no problems.
