Back in July I was lured into purchasing 2 RAZR cell phones at the price of $400 with a 2 year contract, and stupidly believing that I would receive 2 Customer Loyalty Rebate Checks each valued at $170.
After I received the phones, paid for them immediately, and immediately after the 180 days of bills had been collected, I sent in all the required documents in order to receive my rebates. I sent the rebate forms, signed and dated, copies of the dated sales receipt, copies of the 184 days of bills showing balances paid in full, and the UPC code from the phone packages, AND the rebate forms were sent No earlier than 180 days after activation and no later than 210 days after activation.
YET, Wirefly / Rebate Processing Center, Department 063241 claimed that I had not sent the UPC code, when in fact I had. Anyway I sent in a second copy, this time circling the UPC code so that the farsighted representatives at Wirefly would easily spot the UPC code. Anywayyyy, this time they claimed the dates of submitted wireless bills do not fall within the date range specified on the rebate form.
At this point Wirefly realllyyyy frustrated me. I called customer service perhaps a dozen times and was rudely told that the rebate forms were denied and that nothing could be done! Such rude customer service! I felt like I was at war. I would have seriously had a heart attack if I hadnt come to my senses and just hung up on such ill bred hicks.
I hadn't realized this was a scam until I came across several several blogs on the internet where other customers made the same complaints similiar to mine. I have now realized that this is what would be called BAIT AND SWITCH, and just to inform Wirefly, if they are unaware,
THIS IS ILLEGAL! Its merely sad that humanity has come to this point where adult men and women have become professional lyers, cheating their way through life. I will not rest until my 2 rebates, each valued at $170 are paid full!
I suggest as a punishment, all Wirefly employees to be sent to war since they're useless, no good, hicks. Theyre great at arguing, lying, and fighting with their customers, and I think they would be great at war with our enemys. (Just a thought)
