I bought (2) Cell Phones from wireFly.com a Motorola V3 RAZR from the web on June 3. Sent in the rebates after waiting the required 180 days. Its been 60 days and they have yet to send my $400 ($200 x 2). I keep checking on their web site inphonic. Rebatestatus.com no luck... I did get this email from customer. Service@cs. Rebatestatus.com stating the rebate can be viewed 4 weeks after sending in the request. But normal processing time is between 10-12 weeks.
Recently, in late Jan after 2 months I contacted Cingular about the issue. I am still waiting to hear back from Patrick Cuevas - Emp# PC1101 about $ 400 rebate. Cinqular offered help with collection from Wirefly after faxing them all the same paperwork request / forms on Jan 24.
Do they think all customers are fools? This looks like a sacm or a fraud. It's been MONTHS and wirefly is still fooling customers. What elese must I do to collect my rebate?
