Deceptive website claims to give you free complimentary ring tones, never received any ring tones, but did however receive a $9.99 charge, they also hesitated to give me their business address, Beware.
A month ago I visited a website looking for the lyrics to a song and there was a advertisement on free Ringtones. The page that the link sent me to was a different page from their home page
It stated that I had to text message back to them to receive any Ringtones and that I would be charged $9.99 a month which I did not follow through and I never received any Ringtones from them, but they did not hesitate in charging me for the service any ways.
I've called them three times with no success in communications, I visited the web site in the first place for a free complimentary Ringtones which there was none and all I got was charged $9.99 for nothing. I call this a scam. Beware "ringtonetimes.com"
I'm fighting back I contacted my cell phone company and had them put a note in my file not to pay the $9.99, that I will be subtracting $9.99 off my total amount amount due and if they pay it, I will cancel my service with them. I also own a few domains that I'm currently using as usacomplaints.com for this company.
