I signed a service contract with this company for 2 years at a cost of $200.00. My Amana air conditioner broke down on June 28th. I called Air Around the Clock and soemone arrived at 4:15 the following day. He told me it was too late in the day to order the motor and fan that was required for the necessary repair. The parts were still under warrenty but were in Miami. I am in Fort Lauderdale. It took 1 week from the time I called this company until the repair was made. It cost $475.00 and took 1 1/2 hours to do. They told me that the shipping and labor is what cost so much. Shipping from Miami to Fort Lauderdale and 1 and 1/2 hours labor $475.00?! I don't think so. This company ripped me off.
