Around feburay i rented a game from blockbuster. After the week was up i turned it in like i always do.in the past i have heard that they loose rentals sometimes, on purpose i don't know. Then a month later i get this bill statihng that i did not turn in the rental and i am being charged $40.00 for the game. So i have called them and asked to speak to the manager and they say he's not in so for about a week they give me the runaround finaly i talk to him and he says that they have did inventory about 3 times since the bill was sent and its not there. I am so outraged that this happened to me.
I have had problems with blckbuster in the past regarding rentals saying that that i didn't turn in a rental and i told them to look and they found it, but this time they say they can't find it and this is serious this is on my mothere credit report (TRW) please help me slove this issue with blockbuste
