Ripoff: Bought a recliner and $706.87 was charged to my Visa Card on 4/24/06

1. On 4/24/06 we bought a couch and $706.87 was billed to my Credit consideration.

2. On 4/28/06 the organization sent the incorrect recliner and also the deliveryman was informed this wasn't the best couch, Incorrect shade and wasn't a massage recliner as bought. The shipping guy quit the couch and stated they'd provide the correct one. Our first error wasn't requiring he consider the couch with him.

3. We were informed by our salesman that people would need to contact customer support (1 800-637-6744). These were shut for that weekend and my spouse named them on 5/1//06. Instantly client service began accusing my spouse for that deliveryman not getting the seat back she passed me the telephone and that I discovered that "Customer Support" was everything but providing service. We were informed that the specialist would need to confirm that it had been certainly the incorrect seat despite the fact that the deliveryman had suggested it had been actually the incorrect seat about the shipping bill.

4. On 5/8/06 Technician visited our home and verified that it was the wrong chair. We named our Salesman and requested him to discover when customer support might get the couch.

Our second error

It generally does not seem sensible in my experience that Foleyis may charge my consideration although not return my cash to Credit?

9. July 8th our salesman named to express they had published the
the reimbursement.

10. On June 15th named our salesman and informed him our credit account nevertheless hadn't obtained a credit to the consideration. He explained he'd check up on it again. He named us back and stated that it might occupy to 14 business days before it's published? That will be unusual since I will return anything to Focus On and it is in my own consideration 24 hours later

11. Waited before end-of the month before calling our salesman again. He called back and stated that it'd need to switched to review and was handed virtually no time for quality.

12. It's today September 12th and that I am still out $706.87. I approached Credit in May to begin a disputed fee. But have kept off thinking I'd get a return anyday. Well nowadays may be the evening I deliver a duplicate of the to Credit.
