Same story as everyone else. One series of questions, then several fraudulent and unauthorized charges to my account. I have called and canceled all of my services and accounts with this company and have conformation numbers for these cancellations. Yet, this company still charges my credit card number. Very annoying people and a major pain in my *&*&. I have called my bank and been reimbursed for said charges and as a pre-emptive measure, changed my credit card number all together. DO NOT deal with these people. They are a huge scam / rip-off / illegal practice.
