Consumerinfo.com says you get a free credit report. I did not receive any credit report, they billed my credit card for a monthly tracking fee of 12.95. I did not get a free report. They also told me they couldn't match my info. If they can't match my info, how can they track my credit. Also person on the phone wouldn't cancel the service. Kept giving me the run-around. I felt like he was a chronic lier. Called 2 other times, heard company greeting but no one ever answered. First time I held for eleven minutes. Second time I held for 20 minutes. Credit Card fraud.
