Pca International, Walmart Portrait Studio
Ripoff, rude, unprofessional, Herkimer, Utica, New Hartford

I have worked for pca for over a year now and in my experience they are very unprofessional in the hiring process.in district 305 they hire the first person off the street.

In the studio that i have worked they currently have a manager (crystal xxxx) (ROR REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES) that is very unprofessional, not to mention rude. She has had many children fall off of the posing table and has had many complaints against her one of which she put bruises on a childs arm and SHE's THE STUDIO MANAGER, this is unreal.

I can't beleive that pca would stoop this low. I have gotten my childs pictures taken there since she was born but now i absolutely refuse to let myself or my child fall prey to her unprofessionalism, attitude, or her work ethic.

If this company wants to save the customers they have coming into the studios in Herkimer, Utica, and New Hartford my suggestion is that they get rid of this person and hire someone who knows what their doing.
