I take my daughter every year to get her pictures done here and the past 2 times I have been horrible customer service from the manager named SANDY. She was rude both times that I have gone in there to have her picture taken. I could tell she was miserable and didnt like her job or wanted to be there. I shouldnt have to get that customer service just because the employee isnt in a good mood or likes her job. And the fact that it happened twice made me never to go back there again. Because of her. The company is losing business from me and I am sure from other people if they got the same experiences that I received. Working at sears portraint studio. The employee needs to be friendly and have a lot of patience and Sandy didnt have either. The fact that shes a manager boggles my mind. A manager is supposed to be professional at all times and be a role model for the other employees below her. Sears portrait studio needs to get her out of there ASAP. She doesnt want to be there anyways thats for sure!
