It is amazing that I found this sight and the complaints against Norther Minerals. I did not order off ebay but directly from the website. Having ordered Oct. 16, it took over 3 weeks to receive the order.
I spoke to Anna several times and she told me it had been shipped but I never received it. Finally Michelle called me and told me she had had emergency surgery and things got backed up; I was understanding. The order was finally received and the Beige Silk Foundation was missing. I immediately called and spoke to Michelle and she said her husband had filled the order and must have made a mistake and that she herself would personally make sure it was shipped immediately. It is now July 1 and I have yet to receive it.
I have emailed many times and called more. The emails were never responded to and most of the time I had to leave messages which was never returned. The times I did reach a person; most of the time it was either Anna or Michelle, I was put on hold to check and no one ever came back or I was hung up on.
What I received was great makeup but I had to get my foundation from another source. To date I have never received a response. I did request either the makeup or my money back but received niether. Guess I wasn't the only one this happened to.
