I am in minerals makeup sales and ordered some minerals from www.beautifuldiva.com. When I got the order, the lip gloss had not been packaged properly and was melted! It was supposed to be 7 grams and was only 2 (I have a scale AND it was labeled 2 grams)! The seller did not answer my e-mails or telephone calls (I always got an answering machine - first indication). Seller refused to send any more product and refunded money only for melted gloss after threatening to report to BBB.
Then, my neighbor tried it and ordered some minerals from the website. After over a month, still no product, no e-mail answers, no telephone responses. Both of our credit cards had been charged immediately.
My neighbor and I both filed complaints with the BBB and the seller refunded the money after being contacted by them.

Here is what I received:
All labels on jars or baggies show 2 grams printed by you:
Foundation - ordered 1/4 oz=7 gm - received 2 grams in baggie (I weighed it).
Concealer - ordered 1/4 oz=7 gm - received 2 grams in baggie (I weighed)
Bronzer - ordered 1/4 oz=7 gm - received 2 grams in baggie (I weighed)
Liquid lip gloss x3 - antique brick, desert rose, champagne - ALL MELTED!
Lip gloss x1 - MELTED!
Therefore, for this order, you owe me 5 grams of foundation, 5 grams of concealer, 5 grams of bronzer, refund for lip gloss x3 and pot of lip gloss x1.- these amounts are grams of product, not 5 gram jars!
I also ordered pre-packaged kit which I received - as listing was very vague, I guess I am stuck with the quantities and colors - although I stated on my order form that I was medium skin and received 2 of the lightest foundation colors and 3 of the same veil - translucent. It would have been nice to have at least received 1 Angel so I could have shown both colors in my local licensed boutique.
I did NOT get 7 grams of any of the products, I got 2 grams in a 10 gram jar - label on jar BY YOU says 2 GRAMS, I also weighed it on my minerals gram scale and they were 2 grams! I sell alot of minerals and I know 2 grams from 7 grams - I will place the jars and baggies (untouched exactly as sent to me) on my scale and send you a picture of the products and scale readings.
*I MUST HAVE 5 more grams of concealer that has already been sold which is reflecting on MY CUSTOMER SERVICE and is not fair to me or my customer.
I am a new buyer to Beautiful Diva and had great hopes in working with you to sell our products to both our benefit. I am an honest buyer and seller and expect a solution to this situation. I like the products you sell and would hope that we can do business in the future, assuming this can be resolved to my satisfaction.
I do not appreciate the fact that I called and left several e-mails and did not hear anything for at least 5 days.
*I would expect a solution expeditiously to this situation - as of no later than Monday, 6/5/06 by 5 pm. Thank you!

Okay, I think I finally figured out what happened with this order after spending much of the day on the phone with other sellers and/or on websites. I am using different conversions than you are, and according to the gram weight scales yours are incorrect. I use the following:
1 gram = 1/2 tsp. (which actually weighs 1 gram on a scale)
3 grams = 1-1/2 tsp.
6 grams = 3 tsp.
I ordered 7 grams of your minerals expecting to receive appx 3-1/2 to 4 tsp, however, in your conversion you state 7 grams as being 1-1/2 tsp. - which is incorrect. My conversions are roughly 2 times larger than yours. I have researched these conversions that I use and they are the more widely used conversions in minerals makeup amongst other sellers.
At this point, I would like a refund for the 4 melted lip glosses and will return those to you if you desire that at my cost.
Please get back to me right away as I am dealing with a less than satisfied customer who has received partial product because of all this and I need the concealer right away. Thank you!
